1. The service
SakinaPath (sakinapath.com) is an educational platform for learning about the Quran: lessons, quizzes, habit tracking and progress tools. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access. One person — one account.
3. Free plan and Premium
The free plan includes the core lessons, their quizzes and up to 3 habits, free forever. Premium is a paid subscription (monthly or yearly) that unlocks the full curriculum, all trivia and unlimited habits. Prices are shown on the pricing page before any purchase.
4. Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel anytime from your profile — you keep Premium access until the end of the period you paid for, and no further charges are made. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Content
All lessons, quizzes and other course materials are the property of SakinaPath or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute or resell the content. Quranic text and its translations remain, of course, free for all humanity — the restriction covers our original course materials only.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, automate account creation, or use the platform for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, with a warning where reasonably possible.
7. Disclaimer
SakinaPath is an educational tool, not a religious authority. Lessons summarize widely accepted mainstream scholarship, but for personal religious rulings please consult a qualified scholar. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
