Refund Policy

We want Premium to feel like an easy, safe decision. Here is exactly how refunds work — in plain language.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If Premium isn't for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase — no questions asked. Write to support@sakinapath.com from the email on your account and we will process the refund within 5 business days.

2. Renewals

Forgot to cancel before a renewal? If you contact us within 7 days of an automatic renewal charge and haven't meaningfully used Premium content in the new period, we will refund the renewal in full.

3. Yearly subscriptions

Yearly plans are covered by the same 14-day guarantee. After 14 days, we can cancel auto-renewal at any time so you are not charged again, but the remaining period of an active yearly plan is non-refundable except where required by law.

4. How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money typically arrives within 5–10 business days after we confirm the refund.

5. Cancelling without a refund

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your profile. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep full Premium access until the end of the period you already paid for.

6. Your local rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
